As of 10 December 2020 *, a total of 3,077 Dubai properties (residential properties only) were sold in November 2020. 1,473 off-plan and 1,604 from private individuals. The total volume was 4,277,398,289 AED.

That is 87 properties or 3% less than in October 2020 (3,164 Dubai properties sold) and 1,857 properties or 38% less than in November 2019 (4,934 Dubai properties sold).
